Who We Are

Dr. Nathan Goff

Hi Everybody,  I’m Dr Nathan Goff. I’m also known as Bear (my father gave me this name from day one), Ted (short for teddy bear, my high school and college pals decided that I resemble a stuffed animal more than a four legged beast), Nathan or Nate; Please call me any of these, inside or out of the office. As a native Mainer, I grew up in Fryeburg, and attended Fryeburg Academy (class of '82), Bowdoin College Class of '86 and UCONN dental class of '91.  I bought my dental practice from Dr. Henry Pollard in Portland in 1992.



I currently live in Scarborough with my wife Sheri and have 2 amazing boys (Cam and Liam) and 2 great dogs (Lexie and Brody). While not working, I enjoy most major sports, walks on the beach, and connecting with high school and college friends.

Debbie, Dental Assistant

If you’re looking for a dentist with a assistant that will make you laugh while taking care of your teeth you’ve found her. Debbie has been a dental assistant for over 20 years.  She loves what she does because she enjoys working with people and going out of her way to make it the best dental experience at every visit.  She is dedicated to her patients and provides them the best care possible. Making sure they are comfortable and relaxed as much as they possibly can being in the dental chair.

Debbie enjoys spending time with her family and friends enjoying summers at camp on Bear Pond.

Mary, Dental Assistant

Mary joined our team in July 2024 as Dr Watson's dental assistant. Mary received her credentials from Nova Southeastern University in 2003. Mary has a vast knowledge in assisting all types of dentists in her 24 years of assisting but primarily enjoys the diversity of cases and patients she sees in a General Dentist office. Mary loves to spend her free time with her loved one

s. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, traveling, and the beach. Mary's lively personality, competence and ability to connect well with patients is what makes Mary a great asset to our team.

Vanessa, RDH

Vanessa joined our team as a dental hygienist in February of 2023. She grew up in Biddeford and graduated from the University of New England in 2013 with a bachelors degree.She has worked in both general dentistry and in community health with a variety of patients and personalities. Vanessa takes pride in providing exceptional care and educating her patients on the importance of good oral hygiene and the way it can affect your entire body. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys being active, traveling, hiking, walking the beach, and adventuring with her golden retriever Benson!

Jaimie, RDH

Jaimie graduated in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree from Vermont State University. She is passionate about oral health and the relationships that are created when caring for patients. After a few years of working in a family practice in downtown Burlington, Vermont, she had her heart set on returning to her home state of Maine. She currently resides in Scarborough. Jaimie loves the ocean and all things outdoors. She also enjoys reading, crafting, and cooking.

Amanda, RDH

Amanda joined our dental practice in March 2023 as a dental hygienist. Amanda has cleaned a few teeth in her nearly 2 decades of working as a hygienist! She is a lover of all animals her current count is: 19 fancy flock animals (chickens, duck and geese), 2 dogs and 1 cat. In addition to a farm load of animals, she has 5 children. She enjoys sweets, caffeine and all things that sparkle. Her favorite patients are the nice ones (and she claims they are all nice at Dr Goff’s office). She lives every single moment to the fullest and if you’re an early patient, you may even see her rolling in on 2 wheels!

Skylher, Front Office Coordinator

Skylher has had many years of experience working in the medical field. She received her CNA and Phlebotomy licenses at 17 years old and decided to pursue dentistry where she then became a dental assistant. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband enjoying the outdoors, motorcycle rides through the Kancamagus highway, skiing camping and boating.

Sheri, Front Office Manager

Sheri took over as the Front Office Manager after a long career in marketing for a Fortune 100 company  in NYC.  She really enjoys getting to know all the patients and working in a small, family oriented  office.  When Sheri isn't checking guests in, or scheduling appointments, she enjoys time with her husband (Dr Goff) and their two King Charles Spaniels (Lexie and Brody).  She also enjoys cheering for her Florida State Seminoles in football, Sunday football, golfing, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
